By booking and appointment with Renourishinghands, you agree to these Terms 

Booking & Payment

Appointments can be booked online or by direct contact. Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or in the case of a no-show, up to 100% of the treatment fee may be charged.

Health Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant health information before the session. Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or other circumstances that may affect the treatment.

Scope of Services

Renourishing Hands offers wellness and relaxation massages intended to support well-being, relaxation, and body awareness.

Massage treatments are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or therapy. No medical claims are made, and no diagnosis is provided.

Right to Refuse Treatment

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a treatment if it is considered inappropriate, unsafe, or if professional boundaries are not respected.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Renourishing Hands accepts no liability for loss or damage of personal items.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the voucher.

Privacy

All personal information shared during booking and treatment sessions is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
