Classic massage for Urban Sports Club L & XL members. 45 min. = partial body massage, 60 min. and up = full body massage. Please note this when booking.

Before your massage

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and, if possible, shower beforehand. Avoid a heavy meal shortly before your massage. Please let me know in advance if you are pregnant or have any allergies, acute pain, or injuries I do not offer massages during the first trimester of pregnancy.
